Port Royal Golf Course
Majestic, emerald green fairways with simply sensational views of the ocean - our stunning golf course nestles on a beautiful paradise known as Bermuda and boasts the finest golf holes over a landscaped 6,842 yards - the longest on the island.
Created by one of the world’s top golf course designers, Robert Trent Jones Sr, in 1970, our beautiful course has now been completely reworked by Roger Rulewich, one of the original design team, in a Bermuda Government owned project. $14.5 million has been lavished on this remarkable public course in preparation for the 2009/10 PGA Grand Slam of Golf. Refurbishment has naturally extended to our new, luxurious clubhouse with dramatic, panoramic views, world-class restaurant, coupled with ambient bar and lavish private function facility.
And if things couldn’t get any better – then consider the 16th hole, probably the most spectacular hole in the world of golf, where the green is literally perched across the ocean on its very own peninsula!
