Ross & Roberts
Ross & Roberts provide a professional bailiff and warrant officer service to local authorities and commercial organisations. Established in 1997 in Somerset, the company is a corporate member of the Enforcement Services Association and is also ISO 9001 registered.
Through providing a high quality service, Ross & Roberts has built up an impressive client list of local authorities and commercial organisations and now receives over 30,000 instructions a year to act on their behalf.

Project overview
Ross & Roberts is committed to improving the service that it offers to its customers. It realised that by providing information and services online it would help streamline their processes and enable better communication with clients.
They approached Interactive Web Solutions who had previously worked with them on corporate branding and commissioned us to create a new and dynamic Web site that would take a number of their key processes online.
After a thorough analysis of the current and likely future business requirements we were able to design a Web site that met their precise needs. Developed in PHP, Flash, HTML and JavaScript the site provided:

- Facility for secure online payments
- Facility for online liability orders
- Editable FAQ section
- Recruitment section
The design and layout of the site reflected the professional nature of the services provided by the modern bailiff and helped to remove the stigma normally associated with enforcement.
