Invista Foundation Property Trust

Invista Foundation Property Trust Limited is a closed-ended, Guernsey registered investment company, managed by Invista Real Estate Investment Management Limited. They invest in a diversified portfolio of UK commercial property.

Invista approached us to help them gain exposure from the Internet and to better the service they offer to their clients/investors by putting more information into the public domain.

Project overview

We designed a bespoke website that makes full use out of a content management system to allow for quick and easy updates of content and document downloads.

The website also reads live stock exchange data from the London Stock Exchange in order to keep current share prices accurate.

The main feature of the website is the joint use of a document archive and latest news features that allow investors/clients quick and simple access to announcements and reports.
