PHP Web Developer
We are offering a fantastic opportunity for a keen and dynamic web developer with strong PHP skills looking to join a highly successful company with rewarding benefits.
As a PHP Developer, you will be involved in the full lifecycle of projects, working on behalf of a varied client base. This will include scoping initial budgets through to production and sign off.
You will be part of a team of 16 developers with a strong ethos of collaboration and support. Listening to everyone's opinions and working collectively, you will produce the best possible solutions for the company's client base.
To be considered for the role of PHP Developer, you must have development experience in the following:

Web Developer
We are looking for a Web developer, who is conscientious to detail, and has enough skill to deal with any possible situation that may occur in this line of work. You must have suitable knowledge in the development of websites and interactive web applications.
As a Web Developer you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of new and existing client websites. This means that you need to be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and be able to simply and effectively express technical and creative concepts to clients and co-workers.
You will need a minimum of one year experience in web development using HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML, and XSL technologies. Graduates with strong portfolios may also apply. Any skills in Photoshop, Flash, ASP.NET, PHP and JSP would be beneficial. Experience with streaming media, storyboarding, wire-framing and website design would also be helpful.
Graphic Designer / Web Designer
We require the skills of an exceptionally talented Graphic Designer to join our team. Your graphics work must be "clean, modern, have a high-end look".
You should have an area of proficiency in multimedia, typography or 3D design. The ideal candidate will be self-sufficient and be able to work well within a team. Ideally you will have an artistic / graphics qualification and will be strong at layout and image alteration. You should be highly talented, creative and enthusiastic about graphic design. In addition you need to be extremely reliable, take direction and instruction well and be able to meet tight deadlines.
Ideally, you will have 3 years industry experience. Junior candidates will have a minimum of 1 or more years industry experience. You will be required to work on ALL aspects of conceptualisation, design and production.
You must have worked with both Photoshop and Illustrator and any of the following are also useful: InDesign, Image Ready, Flash, Fireworks and Dreamweaver.
You must have a solid understanding of web and print production processes.
Web Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Web Project Manager to join the team. You will be part of a budding team of 2 Project Managers, working with a department of 16 Developers who love to support and collaborate to achieve the best for a diverse set of Clients.
- You will be involved in all stages of project lifecycles, from initial scoping through to production and sign off.
- You will be involved in defining clients' requirements and the wire-framing process.
- You will ensure the smooth running of multiple projects, to timescale and budget, you will be the 'lynch-pin' between colleagues and clients.
- You will be an excellent communicator and facilitator to enable work across teams and resources (internal & external). Managing relationships is key to success in this role.
- You will be agile in your project management approach.
- You will be persuasive and confident in new business pitching.
- You will be able to manage and prioritize maintenance work requests of live applications.
- You will have a good understanding of web tools and applications and how they can be used to deliver business value.
- You will be innovative and flexible and strive to improve process while being disciplined and controlled to work within agreed strategies and standards.
- You will have experience of working with Developers who use Linux, PHP, MySQL, Javascript, AJAX, CSS and application frameworks, though you don't necessarily need to be a technical boffin!

You must be able to demonstrate working examples of websites you have been involved with.
