Visitors just want to find what they're looking for as efficiently as possible, auto-suggest is a new trick that gives suggested phrases based on the first few characters that visitors type. We can offer auto-suggest search boxes with any of our web solutions.
Auto-suggest searches can also be combined with quick-product matches. So before the visitor has even finished typing a list of products, with thumbnails can appear in a floated box under the search box.
The biggest problems with traditional search boxes usually come down to combinations of incorrect spelling (by the visitor) and no results being found due to punctuation or different spelling. Our new search features, powered by Solr, account for fuzzy matching which gives better results and more results - it even orders products by closest match first.
