Honeywell-Nobel Initiative
The Honeywell - Nobel Initiative (HNI) is an educational partnership between Honeywell, Nobel Web AB and Nobel Media AB, and is designed to connect university students across the globe with recipients of the world's most prestigious award, the Nobel Prize. The Honeywell - Nobel Initiative was launched in April 2006.
The Honeywell - Nobel Initiative hosts on-campus events with Nobel Laureates in Chemistry and Physics at select universities worldwide. Visiting Laureates participate in a number of events, including: public lectures, 'Q&As' with science and engineering students, and laboratory visits.
Filmed coverage of these Nobel Laureate Lecture Events, including Q&As and exclusive interviews, are freely available to view on the website - the Honeywell-Nobel Interactive Studio (honeywellscience.com). In addition, honeywellscience.com hosts video and audio content that examines the science and stories behind their Nobel Prizes, and will launch a range of interactive features that allow students to connect with Nobel Laureates online in new and exciting ways.
