Project overview

For an online business like Mymemory the design and ease of use of their Web site is key to a successful business. With our extensive knowledge of e-commerce Interactive Web Solutions were the natural partner for Mymemory to ensure that their online presence provided customers with excellent service.

We worked closely with the Mymemory to ensure that we understood their business processes and requirements. This enabled us to design and develop a site that provided a bespoke e-commerce system that included:

• Integration with existing systems and processes
• Automatic order generation for pick and pack in the warehouse
• Support for barcode scanning
• Bespoke mailing list creation and management
• Bespoke shopping basket
• Protx payment integration
• User account creation and management
• Upload digital print capability, with automatic print and post facilities

In addition we created two content managed applications designed to make product selection for customers easier. The first helps choose the right memory for a device, while the second recommends the correct ink to purchase for a printer.
