Project overview
British Standards has a portfolio of over 40,000 publications including formal standards and supporting guidance products. Interactive Web Solutions were approached by BSI to facilitate the distribution of groups of publications in an electronic format.
We designed an engaging format that took the original PDF’s sent by to us by BSI and combined them using Flash and Director with graphics and animation that we created. We also designed and developed an intuitive and easy-to-use navigation system for the final application that would ensure that users were always easily able to find the exact information they required.
Once the final format had been agreed with the customer we transferred the application to a CD-ROM and dealt with the reproduction and printing of the artwork for the sleeve.
