Henry Stewart Talks publishes up-to-the-minute briefings in a user friendly, audio-visual format. The briefings are commissioned from leading experts in their field to bring a balanced range of well-researched information covering both the fundamentals and the latest thinking.

Project overview
Central to Henry Stewart Talks business model is the ability to deliver their briefings in a simple format: navigable slides plus accompanying narration synchronised for ease of listening.
Interactive Web Solutions were commissioned by Henry Stewart Talks to develop the engine that generates the CD’s on which the briefings are supplied. Utilising Flash MX, XML and Macromedia Director we created an easy-to-use solution that automates what was previously a complex and time-consuming procedure for staff.
The solution enables Henry Stewart Talks staff to fill in a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet with times, biog information and titles and then combines this with the audio and PowerPoint files (converted to Flash) to produce the final CD-ROM. This also includes easy-to-follow navigation and a player to make the whole process of listening to the briefing as straightforward as possible.
