Simple transfer of customised artwork for Creative Productivity

Creative Productivity has chosen iWeb to develop its new website to showcase its printed packaging products and fulfillment services. Supplying Europe’s leading Home Entertainment companies, Creative Productivity were especially keen to find a solution to offer a portal to its customers so they could easily download product specifications and templates and have the facility to supply artwork files direct through the website.

The main objective was to design a web site which was clear, informative and simple to use, making updating, downloading and uploading files as straight forward as possible. Iweb developed a bespoke content managed site enabling Creative Productivity to manipulate image, text, news and specifications so the site can be updated quickly and easily in a matter of clicks.

In the administration area of the website Creative Productivity can add, manage and assign access levels to their individual customers and users within each company, ensuring the correct specification and templates are downloaded. Once the customer has designed their own artwork based on a Quark or InDesign template, the file is simply uploaded back to their own private FTP area on the website for printing and fulfilment – thus streamlining the artwork approval process.
