The world’s population is ageing. Current issues hitting the headlines often relate to older members of society and the challenges they face in their lives, with tax cuts and dementia at the forefront of the news.
The Beth Johnson Foundation (BJF) is a registered charity supporting positive ageing. The BJF helps empower older people to access the knowledge and support they need to age well and works to create a society in which everybody enjoys a great quality of life as they get older.
Celebrating its 40th year, the BJF has launched a new website using iWeb’s proprietary platform. Aimed at Government, organisations, individuals and communities to promote the work of the BJF, the website provides a wide range of information with an easy to navigate design.
The website brings together all the news and events of the organisation in a blog format where visitors can comment on posts and subscribe to the RSS feed. Publications and other resources have a search box and the facility to download as PDF’s. With the content managed system, the BJF can easily add and update its own information at any time.
